Counterlink Print Technology Limited is an independent provider of commercial print services for enterprises and public-sector organisations across the United Kingdom. From our Wakefield headquarters we deliver on-site engineering coverage nationwide — maintaining, installing, relocating and managing commercial-grade printer fleets across every major manufacturer.
We are deliberately not a hardware reseller. Our business is service: keeping the devices you already own reliable, secure and cost-efficient, and giving you honest, data-driven advice when the fleet genuinely needs to change.

Our process
Every engagement follows one of two clear paths. Managed contracts begin with a site survey and fleet audit, followed by a tailored proposal, a carefully managed service transition and ongoing SLA-backed support with quarterly reviews. Projects and callouts run direct: you describe the device, fault or project, we return a scoped fixed quote, an engineer attends — next business day where needed — and the work is closed with a written completion report.
