We maintain and repair commercial and enterprise printers from every major manufacturer, whether or not we installed them. There is no requirement to hold a contract with us: one-off emergency callouts are welcome, and contract customers benefit from priority SLAs and scheduled preventative visits.

Do you repair printers you didn't install?
Yes. We maintain and repair commercial devices from all major manufacturers regardless of where they were purchased or who installed them.
Do I need a maintenance contract?
No. We take one-off emergency and ad-hoc repair callouts. A contract adds priority response, scheduled preventative visits and fixed pricing, which most multi-device sites find more economical.
