Labour-only AMC covers every engineer visit and all workmanship for the year, with parts charged at agreed rates as used — the lowest fixed cost, suited to newer fleets. Comprehensive AMC also includes replacement parts (excluding consumables such as toner and staples), giving fully predictable costs on hardworking or ageing fleets.
